As the Drain Specialist/Project Manager you will oversee the diagnosis, cleaning, and repair of the main drain line for residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for communicating with the management team and customers; reporting any problems or delays, as well as keeping them up to date with general progress. You will be expected to exemplify our code of values, show respect, and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Ideally, you will have prior experience in the plumbing industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Works in various installations, repair, maintenance, and service capacities individually, and as part of a team.
- Diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment to determine the cause and appropriate corrective action.
- Organize, coordinate, and oversee drain excavation crews.
- Completes required documentation (i.e. electronic timesheets, invoices, quotations, plumbing check-ups, etc.) for services performed.
- Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized; ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe equipment use and operation.
- Willingly performs other duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess verifiable plumbing/ drain system experience (4-5 yrs)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Must pass a Driver's Abstract, Criminal Background Check, and possess a valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of various drain repair processes (i.e. Pipe Burst, Pipe Lining)
