**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to pharmacy owners
- Act as a local marketing resource to pharmacist-owners and/or managers
- Execute Facebook campaigns for pharmacy owners, measure and analyze campaign performance
- Process local marketing requests from pharmacy owners (marketing plan, mailings, newspaper ads, in-store promotion and signage)
- Support the creation and delivery of local and digital marketing tools (toolbox, templates, turnkey, etc.)
- Write and follow up on studio briefs for graphic design projects
- Write communications to banner members pertaining to local marketing programs
- Assist in the digital listing (google my business) program
- Ad hoc projects

**Qualifications**:

- Currently attending College/University for Marketing or Communications (or related field)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/AfterEffects
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with social media (primarily Facebook), including running ads and analyzing results
- Knowledge of:

- Facebook Business manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Office software (Word, Power Point, Excel)

- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (French and English)
- The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$38,100 - $63,500
