You'll guide your teams through fast-paced challenges, all while making space for celebration, recognition, and strong relationships. You're not just managing projects - you're growing human powered teams, building a stronger business, and helping communities bounce back stronger than ever. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A District General Manager** As a District General Manager, your day revolves around people and performance. You start by connecting with branch managers - checking in on operations, sharing wins, and solving challenges. You lead with empathy and clarity, empowering your teams through strong leadership, clear expectations, and a collaborative mindset. You're not just focused on the numbers - you're building a culture based on our corporate values. Whether it's a team event, a coaching conversation, or celebrating a project milestone, you ensure your branches feel connected and supported. You champion a proactive sales and business development approach, driving growth while maintaining operational excellence. Throughout the day, you work closely with adjusters, property managers, business owners, and internal partners to ensure every project runs smoothly. When conflicts arise, you step in with professionalism and fairness. Your deep restoration industry knowledge, customer - first mindset, and ability to_ inspire_ others are what make you a standout leader across your district. **QUALIFICATIONS** - 5+ years of impactful leadership experience in the Restoration and Disaster Property Insurance industry, delivering operational excellence and strong project outcomes **MUST HAVE** - Entrepreneurial-minded leader with a proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships across teams, clients, and key industry partners - Skilled in strategic budget planning, oversight, and financial accountability - Holds a valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Clear criminal record, demonstrating integrity and professionalism **ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
