As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated **Millwork Estimator**.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to assess the scope of work and materials required.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for cabinetry and millwork projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Communicate directly with clients, architects, and designers to clarify project requirements and specifications.
- Provide timely and accurate pricing to clients and project managers.
- Maintain and update estimation databases, ensuring that material and labor costs are current.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets.
- Assist with the preparation of bid proposals and contracts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest efficient alternatives when necessary.
- Track project progress and adjust estimates as needed during the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or construction estimating.
- Proficiency in Mozaik, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, and Take Off estimating software considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry and millwork production processes and materials.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A background in interior design, architecture, or construction management is a plus.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
