**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technician Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the automotive and heavy equipment repair industry. The Technician Trainee will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working with experienced technicians. This role involves learning to operate power tools, understand schematics, and assist in various repair tasks, including assembling and disassembling equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing automotive and heavy equipment issues.
- Learn to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Support the assembly and disassembly of machinery components.
- Utilize schematics to understand equipment layouts and electrical systems.
- Participate in heavy lifting tasks as required for repairs and maintenance.
- Gain experience working with Caterpillar machinery and other dealership equipment.
- Follow safety protocols while operating cranes and other heavy machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong willingness to learn about electrical systems and schematics.
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is advantageous but not required.
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
