**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Follow all local, provincial, and federal regulations regarding transportation and safety.
- Communicate effectively with Shipping, Production, and admin team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit.

**Qualifications**
- A valid AR driver’s license is required.
- Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus.
