**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Reading blueprints
- Prepare, erect and remove structural formwork for concrete foundations, walls, columns, and beams.
- Build, erect and align forms for various concrete structures and pier foundations utilizing bar-panelled concrete forming systems.
- Install rebar and tie rebar.
- Dismantle concrete forms.
- Provide assistance to other workers and foreman as necessary.
- Perform the setting of anchor bolts for foundations.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed

**Required Skills**:

- Previous concrete formwork experience is required
- Ability to work long hours (10+ hour days) outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical able to perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving heavy materials up to 50lbs
- Working understanding of site hazard assessments and able to complete daily safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Be fit for duty and prepared for work each day
- Must be willing to work in remote job locations
- Positive attitude / team player
- Strong communication / listening skills and ability to follow direction

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Repetitive movement
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously changing work tasks
- Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments

**Salary**: $20.00-$37.00 per hour
