Utility Operator (Pack)

Your role:
As a multi-skilled employee, you will be responsible for all sanitation tasks, replacements and any other tasks requested by your supervisor. To be successful, you must be able to:

- Deliver results in unprecedented situations by inspiring others and striving daily to build trust.
- To serve others with understanding, respect, and care.
- To work with simplicity, clarity, and transparency.
- Adapt to change and bring about change.
- To organize, establish priorities and take charge of several tasks at the same time while respecting, or even anticipating, deadlines.
- To learn and use new technologies and share this knowledge with others.
- To work in different shifts (day, evening, night) according to production needs.

Above all, you will need to perform all your activities with reliability, integrity and compliance, as well as in a safe, environmentally responsible and efficient manner.

Your responsibilities:

- Replacements on holidays
- Perform all sanitation and recycling tasks in a safe manner and following good hygiene practices

Essential skills and experience:

- Be an autonomous and responsible person
- Have a good sense of mechanics

Assets:

- A forklift license
- Experience in mechanics

Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodations):

- Work in hot and cold environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
