Painter

At On The Bay Painting, we specialize in both interior and exterior painting, as well as minor renovations. We service residents of Meaford, the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas. We are currently **seeking one (1) part-time painter **to join our small team (with the potential to join full-time).

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including washing, sanding, and patching
- Ensure quality control and follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

**Requirements**:

- 0 years of painting experience (however real, on-site experience is preferred)
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
