**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a flexible, part-time tech to help provide exceptional, professional customer service while working along side our full time technician.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning jobs
- Be comfortable with learning to use our proprietary, light-weight, water-fed poles and gutter cleaning vacuum
- Work along side a lead tech to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Must be comfortable and willing to also learn to use additional tools to provide additional services such as, pressure washing and soft washing
- Maintain and properly care for all equipment, as well as customer property, at all times
- Always display a professional and respectable manner
- Some light cold calling on neighboring homes and business to promote the services

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent time management, reliability, communication and very strong customer service skills are must haves
- Able to lift 20lbs
- Valid Ontario G Class License is absolutely required
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Prior window cleaning or facility maintenance experience is an asset, but not a necessity
- Working at heights and or Aerial/Boom Lift certificate would be an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
