As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an energetic **Client Success Associate** who will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their accounting and tax needs are met smoothly and efficiently.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them stay connected and informed throughout their accounting and bookkeeping processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Client Communication & Coordination**:

- Contact clients regularly to request required documents and ensure timely submissions.
- Follow up for any missing information to keep bookkeeping, payroll, and year-end processes on track.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to review monthly or quarterly financial statements prepared by our technical team.
- Arrange meetings with a senior accountant when deeper discussions or tax planning reviews are needed.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Act as the bridge between clients and our technical bookkeeping and accounting teams, ensuring questions and clarifications are handled promptly.
- Maintain accurate communication records and task updates in our client management system.
- **Client Experience & Growth**:

- Collect regular client feedback and satisfaction ratings to help us continuously improve service quality.
- Attend at least two local networking events each month to build community connections and generate potential client referrals.
- Proactively seek referrals from existing clients and professional contacts.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-5 years of experience in client service, administration, or accounting office roles
- accounting or financial background
- Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet deadlines independently.
- Positive, professional, and approachable personality who enjoys helping others.
- Comfortable learning bookkeeping software and CRM systems (training provided).
