**Job Summary**:
This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving, preparing material kits, order fulfillment, counting inventory, inspection, and other movements of goods.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Receiving all incoming products, verifying packing slips to goods, and Purchase Order
- Enter receiving into the ERP system
- Visually inspect goods
- Issue parts in Epicor
- Generate daily receiving reports
- Invoice coding
- Manage receiving snags in coordination with Buyers and other internal stakeholders
- Prepare material kits for contracts, sales orders, and in-house manufacturing
- Support and provide backup for shipping
- Perform inventory counts
- Verify materials according to purchase orders and procedures
- After release/verification, put away materials into designated bins, shelves, and racks according to procedures
- Demonstrate effective collaboration and communication skills with all stakeholders
- Provide internal customer service by effectively communicating with management and staff, including providing updates on materials and incoming shipments as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirement
- Comply with policies and procedures as specified in the Argus Policy Manual and Quality Management System
- Other duties as required

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is mostly performed in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe shoes are required to work in a warehouse
- The position is full-time (40hrs/week); Monday-Friday

**Critical Skills & Abilities**:

- Good computer skills are required including competency with MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in the English Language is required
- Good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities based on deadlines are crucial
- Have physical strength and dexterity to perform heavy lifting
- Be committed to safety; ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic
- Posting attitude, adaptability, flexible and a collaborative team player
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required
- Mental endurance with repetitive tasks
