**POSITION**: Project Foreman** REPORTS TO**:Director, Projects

We are looking for a **Project Foreman** to join our Projects and Engineering** **team Our Project Foreman will manage the day-to-day aspects of company projects and will be accountable for the timeliness of capital projects. You will become a valued part of the constantly evolving Projects and Engineering team and contribute to their success.

**OPPORTUNITIES**

You will get a chance to be exposed to working with various departments to plan and execute multiple projects. One of the main challenges is staying organized with project plans, deliver on objectives with different teams, and troubleshoot through complex issues. - You are proficient in MS Office with AutoCAD (or solid works experience preferred)

- You have solid project management skills

**_ EXPERIENCE_**
- You have at least 3 years of Foreman experience

**_NICE-TO-HAVE_**
- Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Technical Graduate
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
- Pasteurizer/Power Engineer Certificate
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment

**THINGS YOU WILL DO **
- Work with the projects and engineering teams to drive and manage capital project installations
- Define, maintain, and execute all aspects of project scopes, deliverables, timelines, documentation and more
- Ensure Health and Safety and Quality requirements are fully met on all projects
- Actively participate in strategic business planning, contract negotiations with vendors, project budgets, and more
- Provide leadership on multiple projects at multiple sites
- Oversee the work schedules of contractors and assigned personnel and evaluate the effectiveness of work processes
- Oversee construction and commissioning on-site, providing direction where necessary
- Complete equipment commissioning documentation on every project
- Order parts & equipment where necessary

**OTHER**
- May on occasion work at various times including evenings and weekends, as the job requires
- May on occasion travel around the world, as the job requires
