The Cover and Coat Check Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by managing the entrance of the establishment and taking care of their outerwear and personal belongings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collect cover charges from guests upon entry.
- Manage the guest list and reservations.
- Ensure all guests meet the age requirements for entry.
- Accept and return guests’ coats, bags, umbrellas, and other personal belongings.
- Issue claim checks and ensure the safe storage of items.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area at the entrance and coat check area.
- Coordinate with security staff to manage crowd control and ensure guest safety.
- Assist with other duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, nightlife environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
