What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, implement, and manage Parts & Service Marketing campaigns/programs to support parts sales performance, ever better customer retention and profitability- Lead/assist in the design, production, launch and support of Service Marketing campaigns/programs- Develop, implement, analyze, and report on Service Marketing campaign/program performance; use insights to support presentation of data driven improvement opportunities- Design, develop and produce promotional support and reference materials consistent with corporate brand direction and objectives-
- Support Tier 2 (Regional) Dealer advisory boards and agency partners in the design and delivery of aligned marketing initiatives that promote Service appointment conversions and Toyota Genuine Part sales- Support the analysis of key parts sales trends at the National and Zone level to identify promotional opportunities- Complete research to determine viability of new products, programs, and other opportunities for Service Marketing- Prepare planning documentation using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) principles for Tier 1 (National) strategic programs and activities- Liaise with TMNA (Toyota North America), TMC (Toyota Japan), and other affiliates to support best practice sharing and foster continuous improvement- Track performance of and administer the Toyota Retention Support Program (TRSP)- Collaborate with key product partners/suppliers in support of key product promotion- Communicate with field staff, dealer partners, and other internal/external stakeholders to share information and collect feedback on Service Marketing campaigns/programs; utilize feedback to identify and present new opportunities and/or opportunities for kaizen (continuous improvement) to management- Monitor TCI and partner websites for Parts & Service-related activities and identify opportunities to enhance our on-line presence in support of ever better content that drives education, awareness, and consideration of Toyota Genuine Parts & Service; partner with internal/external digital partners to implement enhancements- Assist in the organization of meetings/conferences and preparation of related materials (reporting, performance metrics, presentations, etc.)- Prepare and deliver presentations to National, Zone, Dealer, and other internal/external stakeholders in relation to strategic opportunities, information sharing, awareness, and/or annual planning activities- Other duties as required

What You’ll Bring:
- University/College degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline- Previous experience in automotive marketing and dealership Parts & Service operations preferred- Demonstrated success within a marketing or analytical role- Experience with and understanding of digital marketing- Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills- Proven ability to initiate and improve work processes to increase efficiency- Strong presentation skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Strong independent time management skills-
- Proven ability to build successful partnerships- Committed team player- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
