**Job Overview**
The LCBO Consumer Tasting position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Canadian Gin. As a Consumer Tasting representative, you will engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience by providing informative product tastings and demonstrations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate product knowledge and create a welcoming atmosphere for consumers. Smart Serve Certificate required for this role.

**Duties**
- Conduct engaging product tastings to educate customers about our Gin products available at the LCBO.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations based on consumer preferences.
- Gather consumer feedback on products to assist in market analysis and sales strategies.
- Track number of samples given and number of product used
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area before, during, and after events.
- Promote sales through effective communication of product features and benefits.

**Skills**
- Experience in food service or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive consumer interactions.
- Excellent public speaking skills to confidently present products to groups.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that capture consumer interest.
- Knowledge of market trends related to beverages is beneficial.

Pay: $27.00 per hour
