**Job Summary**: The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership's vehicle lot. They oversee ensuring that all vehicles are properly displayed, cleaned, and positioned for easy access and showcasing to potential customers. Additionally, the Lot Attendant may be required to perform light maintenance tasks and assist in the movement of vehicles to and from various locations within the dealership premises.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure all vehicles on the lot are properly displayed and positioned for easy access and viewing by customers.

2. Perform regular inspections of vehicles to identify any damage, missing parts, or other issues and report them to the appropriate department.

3. Maintain the cleanliness of all vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed.

4. Monitor the lot for any unauthorized or suspicious activities and report any concerns to the management immediately.

5. Organize and manage the inventory of keys for all vehicles on the lot.

6. Assist the sales team in locating specific vehicles and moving them to the designated areas for customer viewing and test drives.

7. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing batteries, inflating tires, and adding fluids when necessary.

8. Coordinate with the service department for any required repairs or maintenance on the lot vehicles.

9. Ensure that all lot vehicles have the appropriate pricing and promotional materials displayed prominently.

10. Maintain a neat and organized lot area, including the removal of any debris or obstacles that may obstruct the vehicles or customer access.

11. Professional detailing of all the cars which come in the dealership.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.

3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and report vehicle issues accurately.

4. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and care.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

8. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Physical Requirements**:
1. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

2. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Car Detialing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
