Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the negotiation of contracts and service level agreements with assigned BioAdvance Coordinators
- Facilitate BAC problem/issues to appropriate BioAdvance Center of Excellence team member for trouble shooting and resolution. Provide leadership in resolving issues or concerns.
- Implement key BAC related performance metrics and monitor assigned BACs to ensure BioAdvance retains its reputation with our customers (healthcare professionals and patients) and the region is delivering on Key Performance Indicators.
- Communicate with and coach the assigned BACs on all aspects of the contract, to ensure efficient fulfillment of contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Enable program and strategy roll-out as planned; delivering and implementing deliberate coaching efforts to accelerate BACs’ learning associated with high rates of change.
- Develop and maintain ongoing partnership with BioAdvance Centers of Excellence (Reimbursement, Training, Data & Analytics, Systems and Operations teams) to ensure consistent and standard implementation.
- Uncover market insights through interaction with BACs and customers, developing a deep understanding of regional unmet needs and translating into relevant and mutually beneficial solutions
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions in partnership with key partners.
- Lead and actively participate in cross-functional teams to support BioAdvance projects
- Provide leadership to the BAC team, in the form of ensuring goal alignment, team building, and engaging & motivating team members

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A minimum of an undergraduate degree is required (Science or Business preferred)

Experience and Skills:
Required:

- 5+ years progressive experience leading people or managing vendors, preferably in a pharmaceutical services environment
- Ability to lead, coach, manage performance, and engage an impactful team; in particular, a proven track record successfully leading a team through a dynamic environment with high rates of change
- Success leading change in ambiguity and uncertainty, with proven resilience in the face of challenges
- Track record of managing team effectiveness through the use of metrics to ensure optimal performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to influence diverse audiences
- Strength in negotiation and influencing without authority to achieve goals and results
- Self-starter with a bias for action
- Proven track record of leading and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners and teams
- Strong analytical capability and demonstrated command of driving business decisions with data
- A valid driver’s license issued in Canada
- Must be willing and able to spend 60% of time in field with BACs, HCP customers and commercial partners.

Preferred:

- Previous experience working in a patient support program and/or within Immunology
