Key responsibilities:

- Handle small repairs around the warehouse, such as fixing leaky taps, basic electrical issues, or adjusting heating and cooling units.
- Paint walls, patch up damaged surfaces, and keep the building looking clean and in good shape.
- Keep track of maintenance tools and supplies, and purchase small items when something runs low.
- Respond to requests from staff when something needs fixing or adjusting.
- Perform daily walk-throughs to check if equipment and building systems are working properly.
- Assist electricians, plumbers, or mechanics when they come in for specialized work.
- Help set up and clean warehouse areas when they are being prepared for new use.
- Ensure the warehouse follows safety rules and that security measures are in place.
- Move heavy equipment, shelves, or supplies when needed.
- Occasionally supervise other workers or helpers during larger maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in equipment and preventive maintenance.
- Experience with power tools, carpentry, and plumbing tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training and relevant certifications in maintenance or technical skills are highly valued.

Pay: $60,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
