Lash Technician

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, picking up calls, and managing client records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.

**Skills**
- Minimum 1 year experience as a lash artist, bonus if you are trained in lash lifts and brow lamination
- Proficient in eyelash extension techniques with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills, fostering a welcoming and caring environment for clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail in each set and also interpersonal relationships
