Hairstylist Apprentice

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
- Sanitate all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty products to provide informed advice to clients.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively upsell products.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
