Convergint is currently seeking an Apprentice Security Technician - CCQ to join our team in Laval, QC. As an Apprentice Security technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of security systems. In this role, you will travel to commercial, institutional and industrial customers and ensure quality work to customer satisfaction. You will also work under the rules of the Commission de la Construction du Québec.

**What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”**
- Install security equipment including; access control systems, cameras, intrusion alarms etc.
- Inform customers of problems detected and work to be done
- Provide technical expertise during problem events
- Gather information on work performed (worksheets etc.) and complete documentation with vigilance.

**Requirements**:

- DEP in security system installation
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- Ability to work with new industry technologies
- Valid driver's license
- BSP card
