Counter Sales and Service Representative

**THE POSITION**:

- You have **knowledge and experience **in a similar industry; industrial part inside or counter sales experience is preferred
- Experience **assembling hoses**; including using a crimper, punch lock clamp, or similar an asset
- You have excellent **problem-solving skills **and are able to respond to customer inquiries, orders, or quotes in a fast and friendly manner
- You have solid **computer skills **and are able to pick-up new software easily; utilizing technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency; experience with Sage 300 (Accpac) is an asset
- You have **strong sales and negotiation skills; **you’re able to analyze customer needs and make recommendations based on cost, availability or specifications
- You are very **mechanically-inclined; **you love working with your hands and would be able to perform product assemblies and repairs ensuring high quality and compliance to product specifications
- You have a **passion for learning **and committed to continuing to improve your knowledge; you thrive in a learning environment and are naturally curious; previous product and industry knowledge would be an asset
- Strong **customer service skills; **you are helpful and attentive and are committed to doing everything in your power to “keep the customer moving”
- You ideally have previous **warehouse experience; **receiving, shipping, inventory, etc.
- You are able to comfortably **lift up to 50 lbs. **throughout the day and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- **Teamwork **is at the forefront of our organization; you possess great teamwork skills and are willing to help out when needed

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

COVID-19 considerations:
Communicable Disease Plan in place. Masks are required if 6 feet between people cannot be maintained. Protective barriers will remain in place to protect our employees and cleaning protocols will continue.
