Working in the financial office reporting to the Controller the individual will be detail oriented, self directed and have exceptional customer service skills.
- Maintain vehicle and customer rebates from manufacturers and financial institutions.
- Maintain accounting schedules related to vehicle sales and inventory.
- Process and account for all dealer trades.
- Review finance and insurance contracts for new and used vehicles before remitting payment.
- Ensure receipt of contract funds from finance organizations, customers and manufacturers.
- Input data related to vehicle sales to assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Verify costs for accounting department, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons.
- Maintain reserve account balances and accuracy.
- Oversee accuracy of inventory account for new and used vehicles.
- Post and input manufacturer invoices for vehicle purchases.
- Post and input manufacturer invoices related to vehicle sales and inventory.
- Inform manufacturer of new vehicle sales.
- Process payouts and chattels for vehicles on the wholesale floorplan.
- Maintain manufacturer pricing and increases as necessary.
- Filing and organization of journal entries and cheques.
- Communication with department managers.
- Working collaboratively with our dealerships and with the manufacturers
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,500.00-$49,500.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Financial services: 2 years (preferred)
- automotive dealership: 2 years (preferred)
