**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a student or recent graduate to join our Interior Region team. In this position you will support the Regional Environmental Public Heatlh team. The goal of the Team is to identify and provide additional supports required for the communities we serve in the area of Environmental Health.

**As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering administrative functions for the Interior Region team.
- Coordinating meetings within the regional team to support the progress of projects.
- Research and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Engage with First Nations communities in the local area.
- Summarize large amounts of information which may include the assistance of writing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be attending (or recently graduated from) a post-secondary institution, with a focus in an Enviromental Health or Science.
- Experience working in First Nations or Indigenous organizations is an asset.
