**Position**: Lawn Crew Labourer & Winter Maintenance Labourer
**Type**: Full-time, year-round (with seasonal focus on summer lawn maintenance and winter snow services)

**Responsibilities**

**Summer Season**:

- Operate **zero-turn and ride-on mowers**, trimmers, and blowers
- Perform lawn cutting, trimming, edging, and cleanup
- Assist with **garden/bed maintenance** including weeding, planting, and mulching
- Safely load, unload, and drive **truck and trailer** between job sites
- Use various hand tools for detailed landscape work

**Winter Season**:

- Perform **snow removal** using shovels, snow blowers, and equipment
- Assist with **salting/sanding** walkways and driveways
- Maintain safe and clear property conditions during winter storms

**Requirements**:

- **G or G2 Driver’s License** (required)
- **Reliable transportation** to and from work
- **Comfortable driving a truck with trailer**:

- Experience with **zero-turn/ride-on mowers and power equipment**:

- Experience with **gardening tools** and outdoor labour
- Strong **work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills**:

- Willingness to work early mornings, occasional weekends, and in various weather conditions
