**Job Posting: Evangelism Pastor **(full time 40hrs/wk - permanent)

This position is responsible to lead, develop and mobilize Beulah’s neighbouring and evangelism initiatives, systems, and events.

**Role responsibilities**:
Neighbouring & Evangelism Mobilization
- Develop and deploy systems and structures to advance neighbouring and evangelism across the organization.
- Develop and direct core evangelism and outreach activities including overseeing initiatives, training, and events.
- Oversee initiatives and efforts that move people toward exploring faith and making a decision of faith.
- Equip and empower people toward living out neighbouring where they live work, study, and play.
- Recruit, develop and empower leaders and teams within ministry area.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and volunteer teams.
- Emphasis on coaching towards a volunteer led and ministry supported ministry model.
- Collaborate with ministries and campuses to see the core neighbouring and evangelism strategy communicated effectively to the congregation across campuses to mobilize individuals to live it out.
- Work with city-wide outreach efforts that align with Beulah’s core evangelism strategies, in collaboration with Community Impact initiatives.
- Serve as a resource and support for all Beulah campuses on neighbouring and evangelism.
- Help create and mobilize initiatives that engage and move people toward exploration and decisions of faith, online and in-person.

General Pastoral Duties
- Equip, train and provide spiritual direction for volunteers within ministry area.
- Provide scheduled POD (Pastor of the Day) support as required. This includes pastoral care, spiritual direction and assessing immediate needs.
- As a spiritual leader responsible to minister to the congregation by:

- Perform weddings, baptisms and funerals as required
- Administer sacraments as necessary

- Highly relational and able to coach staff in an Eph. 4:12 ministry environment.
- A passion for seeing lost people come to Christ.
- Experience leading people to Christ, training others in evangelism, establishing programs and initiatives for the purpose of evangelism.
- An understanding of emerging evangelistic methods in a post-Christian Canadian context.
- Proven track record of recruiting, equipping and mobilizing volunteers.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a large, multi-staff setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement projects.
- Able to use standard computer office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Primary spiritual gifts: Evangelism, Leadership.
- 5 years experience in ministry.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred, and must have knowledge of, experience in, and a heart for ministry.
- Eligible for accreditation with the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination in Canada.
