**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients according to their preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Upsell products and services that enhance the client experience and meet their grooming needs.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role in a salon or barbershop setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends, along with proficiency in using barbering tools.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
