**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Supervising team of warehouse staff (GL’s, admin personnel and forklift operator)s and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse floor
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of forklift equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Any other duties and tasks assigned

**Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities)**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferably in a Supply Chain & Logistics environment
- Effective communicator, calm and supportive in stressful situations Managerial / direct
- Experience with distribution centre processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, value added processing);
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and cost structures
- knowledge of applicable health and safety standards
- Superior planning and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Adept at problem solving, conflict resolution and implementing effective solutions
- Flexible and creative in overcoming new challenges on a regular basis
- Knowledge of RF Pathways considered an asset

**Education**: Highschool or Post-Secondary

**Experience**:
