**Overview**

The Team Lead will oversee all clerical/ support functions within the RSC and actively contribute to a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
- Coordinate daily activities of RSC support personnel
- Evaluate and strategies for reducing waste and cost
- Complete/ edit daily punch details in Kronos for all support staff
- Complete weekly Manager approval and payroll sign off for upload into SAP
- Edit management payroll into Kronos
- Investigate and respond to various queries from customers, vendors, retail, procurement, and corporate office
- Procure and manage miscellaneous third-party clerical support services including couriers and office equipment
- Occasional ordering, reconciliation and maintenance of all office supplies
- Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
- Contribute to positive employee engagement and connection to Sobeys mission and purpose
- Comply with all RSC audit expectations (HACCP and OH&S)
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed
- Actively participate with or on various RSC committees such as OHS, etc
- Comply with all RSC audits and develop action plans
- Other duties which may be assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Post secondary Diploma or Equivalent required
- Undergraduate Degree in Management or Logistics preferred
- A minimum of 1-3 years management experience
- Experience in a retail support centre/warehouse considered a strong asset
- Strong financial background
- Working knowledge of EXE, SAP, KRONOS, and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
