**Description**
**Your Role at GEI.**
**GEI** is seeking Project Professionals who can contribute to the continued growth within **GEI’s** land development infrastructure and water resources team and are interested in working collaboratively with a talented team of design, management, and technical leaders. This position will support GEI's land development engineering practice across any of our Ontario offices, including Markham, Barrie, Collingwood, Owen Sound, or Guelph. The role involves working on a diverse range of projects, providing land development and civil site design services for residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal sites.
**Essential Responsibilities & Duties**
- Manage residential subdivision and site plan developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption
- Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design for various Land Development projects
- Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as projects demand
- Preparation and review of Engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an asset
- Experience with managing residential subdivision and/ or ICI developments
- Experienced with standard analysis programs, Microsoft office programs, and other associated programs is desired
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of motivation
- Experience with writing and reviewing technical reports
- Committed to technical excellence
