As one of our passionate, fun and dedicated Retail Stock Associates, you will be an invaluable part of our team where you will thrive in an environment where individuality and authenticity are celebrated. You will be responsible for the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store as well as maintaining the organization of the stockroom. Through teamwork and productive relationships, you will ensure the store is replenished, recovered, and consumer ready by meeting brand standards. How You Will Make a Difference
**What you will do**:
Process/perform incoming shipment functions. Check in, audit and sensor merchandise per policy. Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed correctly.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; could require weekends, overnight/early morning, evenings, and holidays.
Prepare out-going store shipping functions.
work with a team to exceed store results and will adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives.
Ensure all in-bound and out-bound merchandise is accurate, report any discrepancies to the stock supervisor and/or store manager.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock area.
Develop a high level of product knowledge of all categories of merchandise and complete training as assigned.
Be proactive in Loss Prevention initiatives.
Skills for Success
**What you bring**:
Proven communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to be solution oriented.
Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
0-1 years of related professional/retail experience is preferred.
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
