**Job Title**: Child Worker - Foster Home (Scarborough, ON)

**Location**: Scarborough, ON
**Hours**: Up to 112 hours per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and care for infants and children
- Initiate and participate in educational and developmental activities
- Engage children in community activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding routines
- Help with bedtime routines and provide respite for foster parents
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
- Communicate children's progress and concerns to foster parents and the service team
- Occasionally drive children to appointments or family visits as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Child and Youth Worker Diploma
- Experience working with children, especially in foster care or residential settings, is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting children when required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.01-$24.03 per hour

Expected hours: 100 - 120 per week
