**Position Overview**

Retail Sales Associates work directly with our clients; providing outstanding customer service and helping our clients manage their pool, swim spa and hot tub products. You will learn water chemistry analysis and assist clients in maintaining the highest standards in water care. Building strong customer relationships and experience is the core of this position, which also includes contributing to store appearance, product displays, and a healthy inclusive workplace.

**General Responsibilities**
- Positive and knowledgeable customer interactions
- Product recommendations and retail transactions
- Collaborative work in a positive team-based environment
- Water testing and analysis
- Maintaining customer databases
- Store maintenance and appearance

**Qualifications**
- Education: High school completion at a minimum; post-secondary education beneficial.
- Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- English speaking and writing are required for this position.
- Sales experience and sales certifications are an asset.

**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**:
This position is in an air-conditioned building. Work weeks are 38-44 hours, depending on the time of year due to the seasonality of our business. The ability to be active on your feet for extended periods of time along with lifting and moving products is a requirement.
