Our award-winning **Victoria Genesis** team is growing We are looking for a highly detailed self-starter to join us as a Genesis Experience Manager
The **Genesis Experience Manager **will lead day-to-day operations. This position will be a key contributor in supporting the evolution of the Victoria Genesis brand, as well as in providing an exceptional customer experience.
**First impressions are everything **You will have a customer focused, can-do attitude. You will take care of our guests from the moment they arrive, ensuring our Genesis guests have a memorable and seamless experience with your attention to detail, and ability to go the extra mile.
**What does the day to day look like?**
- Source Genesis leads and referrals
- Be an expert on all things Genesis Canada
- Understands and assists with the delivery process
- Responsible for customer drop offs and pick ups for servicing
- Follow Genesis Canada criteria to ensure all Sales and CSI targets are met
- Providing administrative support in areas such as Genesis documentation, credit documentation, bank deposits, etc.
- Responsible for Genesis social media tasks
- Participate in the organization and facilitation of Genesis Marketing Events
- Support with full-cycle Genesis experience, including pre-delivery preparation and other tasks as required
**Who you are**:
- Ideally have 1-2 years experience in a Sales role or other relevant experience
- Desire to grow into a luxury brand sales role
- Attention to detail is one of your strongest attributes
- Highly competent with technology and able to learn internal systems quickly
- Willing to thoroughly understand Genesis product knowledge
- Hold a valid BC Driver Licence
- Able to obtain and hold a VSA licence
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Experience**:
- Automotive sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
