**Overview**

The Global HR Systems Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing our organization's HR systems, processes, and compliance on a global scale. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR systems, enabling effective HR processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**

**HR Systems Management**:

- Lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and ongoing management of global HR systems, including HRIS (ADP), talent management, timekeeping (Replicon), benefits administration (ADP), and other related systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to identify, evaluate, and select appropriate HR technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, and standard operating procedures.

**Process Improvement and Optimization**:

- Evaluate existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined and automated solutions to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and HR Center of Excellence leaders to understand their requirements, align processes with business needs, and implement best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and data protection regulations.

**Compliance and Data Security**:

- Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant local, regional, and global employment laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and industry standards.
- Stay up to date with changes in regulations and recommend necessary system and process updates to maintain compliance.
- Develop and implement data security measures, privacy policies, and access controls to protect sensitive employee information.

**Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to HR professionals and end-users on HR systems, processes, and compliance-related matters.
- Act as a SME and provide guidance to HR teams on system capabilities, data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams and system support representatives to ensure effective technical support and issue resolution for HR systems.
- And other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR systems management, HRIS implementation, and process optimization in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, and offboarding.
- In-depth understanding of HR technology landscape, including HRIS, payroll systems, talent management systems, and reporting tools. ADP experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
