Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a catering, hospitality, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes is beneficial
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
