**SNOW REMOVAL**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and cranes in accordance with safety protocols and project requirements
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety
- Load, unload, and transport materials using appropriate machinery
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment usage and maintenance records
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations efficiently on-site

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment including dozer, loader, backhoe, excavator, crane, or similar machinery
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and farm machinery
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
- Ability to operate Caterpillar or similar brands of heavy equipment confidently
- Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and procedures
- Experience with heavy equipment operation in construction or industrial environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Prior experience with farm machinery or industrial equipment is a plus

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $24.68-$40.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 80 per week
