If you are looking to join one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies, goeasy is the place for you **Certified as a Great Place to Work®,** recognized as **Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures**, the **GTA's Top 100 Employers**, one of **Canada’s Top 50 Fintech’s** and **North America’s Most Engaged Workplaces** - we want the best and brightest to join our team We are in search of a **Business Technology Analyst** for our **LendCare** subsidiary This position will report directly to the Director of Business Initiatives, and will support the delivery of technology solutions to meet business objectives by working with key stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather clear and actionable details for ticket creation and resolution. - Oversee and manage development and change management tickets, ensuring timely updates and prioritization. - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various projects. - Design comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate system functionality against requirements. - Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership, communicating progress, challenges, and insights. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role. - Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). - Strong understanding of UAT processes and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Fulltime availability (37.5 hours/week) and ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON. **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
