**Summary of Position**

Reporting to the Manager of Print Operations & Training you will be required to learn and develop a deep understanding of the technologies and techniques employed by The UPS Store to deliver an exceptional print experience.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**
- Deliver hands on Print and Print Finishing Training to Associates of The UPS Store.
- Develop materials to be used in person and online.
- Work closely with our partners to learn about new technologies and features.
- Work closely with Operations to maintain detailed training plans and schedules.
- Review & update training materials and methodologies on a regular basis.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training through assessments and performance.
- Participate in regular networking events.
- Provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**
- Graphic Design Experience.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Able to present to large groups both in person and virtually.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience with Digital Printing and Finishing is preferred but not required.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 Years of proven experience as a product trainer or in similar role.
- Valid Ontario Drivers license.
- Vehicle to carry out employment duties.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
