**Guelph Hyundai** is looking for an **Automotive 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Technician** to join our growing team We strive to provide the best customer service & top-notch repair/maintenance work. You will play a crucial customer experience role by servicing customer vehicles.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Perform oil & filter changes
- Sell lubrication, safety inspection, & related services
- Perform complete multi-point inspection on vehicles. Mark required items on list & present findings to Service Advisor
- Mount/balance/rotate/repair tires & add air as needed
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, & maintenance
- Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, & other items
- Inspect motors in operation, road test, & test systems & components using computerized diagnostics & other devices to diagnose & isolate faults
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts & components including fuel system, brakes, steering & suspension, engine & drive train, emission control & exhaust, cooling & climate control, & electrical & electronic systems

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Third or Fourth year Automotive Apprentice
- Oil change & tire experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Shop / dealership experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and ability to use power and hand-held equipment
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
