**NOW HIRING**: Wholesale Parts Manager

**LOCATION**: Centennial Auto Group, Summerside, PEI

**HOURS**: Full time, Permanent. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

**WAGE**: $50,000 - $75,000 annual including salary base + commission structure (negotiable based on experience) + benefits.

**APPLICABLE SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive parts department or wholesale role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of logistics and delivery management.
- Solid understanding of OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and manage budgets.
- Familiarity with DMS systems such as PBS Systems, CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required as some occasional travel throughout Atlantic Canada is expected.

**JOB TASKS**:

- **Wholesale Sales Management**
- Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale parts sales across the region.
- Establish pricing structures, programs, and promotions tailored to wholesale clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
- **Client Relations**
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with current wholesale clients, including body shops and independent repair facilities.
- Grow the parts business by identifying and engaging new clients throughout Atlantic Canada.
- Proactively address customer service issues and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular outreach and visits to key accounts to build trust and loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with Parts Managers and their team across all Centennial locations.
- Align on shared wholesale goals, coordinate inventory availability and support delivery execution.
- Help share best practices and assist with training where needed.
- **Operations & Logistics**
- Oversee and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Support efficient use of dealership systems and workflows.
- ensure compliance with company OEM procedures.
- **Reporting & Analysis**
- Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, gross profit, returns, and delivery metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management and help identify growth opportunities.
