We are expanding our team and seeking an **Overhead Door Technician Leader**. This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on responsibilities while continuing hands-on installation work.

**What You'll Do**

As an **Overhead Door Technician Leader**, you will play a key role in ensuring our team delivers top-tier installations. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing overhead door systems with precision.

✔ Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks.

✔ Managing worksite operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

✔ Communicating with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded.

✔ Diagnosing mechanical, low voltage electrical, and structural issues, offering expert solutions.

✔ Coordinating with project managers to ensure timely project completion.

✔ Upholding and enforcing safety regulations and best practices.

**Who You Are**

Previous experience in **construction or a related field.**

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and teams.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

A **team-oriented mindset** and a commitment to professional growth.

A valid **Class G driver’s license.**
