**Overview**
**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

The Facilities Commissioning Coordinator will provide administrative and technical solutions to process commissioning documentation and coordinate commissioning activities for all built infrastructure affected by the CTS construction project.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking reviewing and processing testing and commissioning results
- Arrange commissioning events
- Assist facilities and systems teams in progressing with commissioning as per the schedule
- Assist and carry out deputized duties for the Commissioning Coordinator Manager
- Convene and chair meetings for station or discipline specific
- Coordinate with the Commissioning Specialists the execution of Commissioning activities
- Organize and monitor commissioning activities
- Liaise with document control for transmittal of test documents to HMQE
- Perform additional assignments as directed or as required for successful project completion.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicting priorities is a must.
- Must have strong communications skills (in English) both verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and methods
- Considerable skill in data management, recordkeeping, research, analysis and
- reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others a must.
- Technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical or Systems in the constructions industry is a strong asset.

- None

**Fiscal Responsibility**:

- None

**Extent of Internal/Public Contact**:

- CTS staff including, construction and the Commissioning (Construction) team
- Interact with CTSM, CTSD, various mechanical electrical trades, software developers and suppliers

**Physical Demands**
- Able to perform in a fast paced environment.
- Walking, lifting, etc. ability to use stairs, ladders and climb over rough terrain.
- Primary work location is project segment/site office (along Eglinton transit line).
- Work location flexibility within GTA desirable.
