At Carbon, project managers are hands-on collaborators. You’ll work directly with clients, consultants, site teams, and trades to manage all phases of project delivery—from pre-construction through closeout—with the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make your mark.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Build budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
- Coordinate consultants, designers, trades, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and site visits to ensure execution aligns with intent
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and contract administration
- Track progress, control costs, and ensure on-time project delivery
- Maintain compliance with permits, codes, and safety requirements
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and trade scopes
- Familiarity with construction tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
- Ability to balance time, cost, and quality across multiple projects
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
