That’s why we need your expertise and passion to complete our team The Aftermarket Division flight simulators to update with the latest aeronautical improvements. Our employees develop innovative solutions to technological challenges. **ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Lead verification and validation of flight simulators: - Prepare engineering test plans to ensure that specifications and design requirements can be verified and validated. - Using a risk-based approach, determine testing and documentation activities with appropriate rationale and justification. - Participate in design reviews to present the testing plans, assumptions, and risks. - Be part of a deployment team that visits customer training centers to test the simulator after the hardware/software updates. - Perform validation of the simulator, first alone and then with the client representatives. - Report test results and provide recommendations to project team to assess project risks. - Identify and participate in the resolution of defects as early as possible during the project execution phase. - Lead the CAE team during simulator qualification with the local authorities. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Specialization in Aerospace or Aeronautical is an asset. - Availability and willingness to travel to clients’ locations for periods of a few weeks, 3-5 times a year. - Knowledge of aeronautical industry processes: manufacturing, maintenance, software, is an asset. - Sense of initiative and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team spirit. - Very good knowledge of French and English. **CAE offers**: - An environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued - The opportunity to travel internationally - The opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team - The possibility to work from home occasionally - Flexible schedules - Attractive employee benefits Come share your passion with us LI-CG1 **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
