Apex Martial Arts seeking head MMA coach.
This person performs some of or all the following duties:

- Identify strengths and weaknesses of athletes at various levels of experience
- Identify athlete’s levels of experience and develop different trainings and combat
routines for each subdivision
- Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
- Identify specific challenges and customize the sessions accordingly
- Nurture and develop athletes' potential skills and abilities
- Develop, plan and coordinate competitive schedules and programs
- Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events
- Formulate competitive strategies, develop game plans and direct athletes and
fighter during trainings or sparrings
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' performances and modify training programs
accordingly.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating competitive combat events
Employment requirements
Extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of MMA. Jiu Jitsu black belt preferred.
Professional MMA experience,
Professional BJJ tournament experience.
3-5 years minimum teaching required.
Availability to work varying schedules from Monday to Friday
Compensation
45,000-55,000 annually depending on experience

- Développer les compétences et capacités potentielles des athlètes
- Élaborer, planifier et coordonner les horaires et les programmes de compétition
- Motiver et préparer les athlètes aux événements compétitifs
- Formuler des stratégies de compétition, élaborer des plans de match et diriger
les athlètes et les combattants lors des entraînements, des sparrings ou des
compétitions
- Analyser et évaluer les performances des athlètes et modifier les programmes
d'entraînement en conséquence.
- Assister à l'organisation et à la coordination d'événements de combat compétitifs
Competences
Connaissances et expérience approfondies dans toutes les facettes du MMA Ceinture noire de Jiu Jitsu un atout
Expérience professionnelle en combat MMA
Expérience professionnelle de tournoi BJJ.
3 à 5 ans minimum en apprentissage requis
Être disponible pour travailler des horaires variées du Lundi au Vendredi
Salaire
A discuter, entre 45 000-55 000 selon l'expérience
