As a valued member of the North American Internal Communications team, your role will share purposeful and engaging communications with a variety of audiences across Canada and the US.

Hybrid Work, Location can be either Toronto or OakBrook Offices.

**How You Will Add Value**:

- Lead the creation and execution of frequent town halls, large scale virtual events, all employee communications, and more.
- Develop communication campaigns to share critical business information with a variety of audiences, including office-based and plant employees.
- Partner with senior leaders to support their communication needs, including developing content for presentations and toolkits to support content cascade.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication channels through surveys, metric tracking, etc.
- Work closely with the Global Communications team to support the development and execution of global campaigns at a North American level.
- Partner with the North American Human Resources team to lead the development and execution of internal communication plans for new programs, policies and changes.
- Have a deep understanding of our North American purpose, priorities and company values to ensure all messaging and tone support these critical business pieces, with engaging and easy to understand language.
- Work with senior leaders to build communications plans that build employee engagement at all levels and support a strong company culture.
- Plan, prepare, and execute the communication plans for the North American Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative, including participating in the North American DE&I Council.

**About You**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in communication roles
- Ability to cultivate relationships and worked towards shared goals with business partners and key stakeholders
- Experience developing multi-channel communication campaigns, reaching a variety of audiences in unique and creative ways
- Strong writing and communication skills, and ability to translate business objectives into relevant and engaging calls to actions
- Proficient in Office 365 suite, including Yammer, SharePoint. Graphic design experience a bonus.
