**GENERAL STATEMENT**:Residential Care Workers (RCWs) work under the direction of the RCW Coordinator who assigns shifts and co-ordinates RCW specific responsibilities.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

In addition to completing all general RCW duties tasks as outlined on the “Task Checklist” form, specific responsibilities include:
1. Managing and sharing program and participant information;
2. Monitoring program integrity;
3. Maintaining security;
4. Dealing with inquiries and visitors;
5. Interacting with participants;
6. Admitting participants;
7. Monitoring curfew;
8. Providing access to participant medications;
9. Monitoring house cleanliness and maintenance of facility;

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.61-$18.11 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- supportive care: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
