**The Opening**:

- **Service Sprinkler Fitter**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation, repair, modification & troubleshooting of new & existing water-based sprinkler systems
- Relocate sprinklers as needed for various tenant improvement work
- Valve replacements
- Test, troubleshoot and repair backflows
- Order materials from various suppliers for work being completed
- Read & interpret blueprints and ensure all work is completed as per building codes & NFPA requirements
- Ensure sprinkler systems are tested to requirements and inspections are completed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**The Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Red seal in sprinkler fitting (required)

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
